Price Policy

I’ve completely looked through the site, but haven’t located the prices anywhere. As they say, they expect you to send them a resume and a desired position, and they will reply you with a quote. But what if their prices turn out to be too high? It’s really irritating when you don’t know the price in advance. I’ve emailed them a resume and got an estimate the next day.

Order Details

I was informed that my package would cost $280. This price is not the cheapest that such company can offer, however, if they provide effective resumes, it’s quite average. First of all, I was expected to proceed with payment, and only after that they’ve sent me their resume worksheet to complete. They claim to deliver the first draft within 3-5 business days since the worksheet has been sent to them.

Quality of writing and support

As I already told, they communicate with their clients using email. Probably, that’s why on-site support isn’t as effective as it could be. Two days later after I’ve sent the resume worksheet I decided to call them to find out if the resume would be completed the next day. I had to wait around 5 minutes on the phone and then they just answered they would call back. Fifteen minutes later they called to tell me that it will take another two days.

Conclusion

I received a resume within a time frame stated by them. It was written quite well and the design appealed to eye. As for service, my impression is rather negative. They don’t show you the prices in advance, there’s no information about their guarantees and the phone support isn’t helpful. A friend of mine who used Cv Resume Writers com had a much better experience of dealing with a resume company.
